- Clarification of policy regarding grills/cookers donated by sponsors
- Clarification of policy regarding judge certification/retraining
- Change the name of Reserve Grand Champion change Sanctioning Agreement Section II, #23, a-b from minimum payout of $1500 for Grand Champion & $500 for Reserve Grand Champion to require both Champions to be paid equal amounts of no less than $1000 each.
- Clarification of duties of official Meat Inspector
- Adopt policy of seating 6 judges per table and method for dropping low score/judge
